The name "Sugar Morgs" was inspired by the Grateful Dead's "Sugar Magnolia"—reflecting the spirit of creativity, gratitude, and joy that flows through my studio. Each creation is an opportunity to explore something new, whether it's mastering a challenging technique, incorporating an unexpected ingredient, or discovering flavors that sing together in surprising ways.

My journey in pastry arts began in culinary school, where I developed my signature miso brown butter cookie through countless iterations. That same spirit of culinary exploration now drives every project in my studio. I'm constantly diving into new methods, testing flavor boundaries, and finding fresh ways to translate my artistic vision into edible masterpieces.
